When you book in with us, you are saving a spot that is just for you. We show up, we have set aside the time and we are ready to go. If you don't show up, we don't get paid and that time is gone.

We would love to say there is a queue at out the door ready to jump in but we are not a barber shop! Even when we have a waitlist, a  no show leaves us too late to offer the time to anyone else.

So we have put a simple policy in place to protect our time and make sure it goes to clients who can make it. Thanks for understanding and we cant wait to see you in the chair.

Leanne's policy at a glance :

- Applies to new clients and to existing clients with a previous no-show or late cancellation.

- A 50% deposit is required when you book and its non-refundable.

- No shows are charged 50% of the appointment value.

- Bookings not confirmed within two hours are automatically cancelled.

- You can rescedule and your deposit will transfer to the new booking. If you cant reschedule please call or text your stylist.
